WE have been around and around with you on this in the past.  Yes, UVFIX 
has an option to correct the times.  This was required since the times 
with VLA data were until a few years ago at the end rather than middle 
of the on-line averaging interval.  I finally made the simple fix to 
FILLM to get rid of this abomination - so you were instructed to use 
e.g. 5 seconds for data loaded before some date and 0 for data loaded 
after that date.
