[daip] aips 31DEC11 on os x FILAIP problem

You are too fast for us.  The installation did not finish until just 
before midnight last night and some details had been overlooked.  If you 
re-run install.pl now (do not delete anything or change .AIPSRC) it will 
fetch the necessary libraries.
