[daip] CLCOR modification for XY-EW mounts

hi,

we have recently correlated data from the Hobart 26-m telescope. This
telescope has an XY-EW mount. Due to a software error the wrong axis
offset was used for the correlator model. CLCOR has an 'ANAX' option
to fix an axis offset error, but does not do the right thing for XY-EW
mounts (which it currently treats as ALTAZ). Actually, the fix for
XY-EW is rather similar to ALTAZ, but the delay/rate computation needs
a different component of the source direction vector.

I modified a recent version of CLCOR to do the correct thing for XY-EW
mounts (mount type 3 in AIPS). It is attached to this message (renamed
CRCOR.FOR for test purposes). The changes are straightforward and
appear in lines 3477 - 3510 of the attached file. I've tested it on a
few experiments from the Curtin DiFX installation that were affected
by the model bug, and it appears to do the right thing. Would it be
possible to get this fix incorporated into a release version of AIPS?
I'd like to share it with other LBA users who were also affected by
the bug.
