New Staff Reply: UVMOD for disk & sphere models (with attachement)

Forget the spectral index stuff although that changed units.
It is now based on 1 GHz sort of.

The error was a change to double precision for a variable and
then passing it to 2 routines that expected single.

Fixed with tomorrow's MNJ.
