New Ticket: CVEL

I have been attempting to diagnose a problem with the output from CVEL in 31DEC09/31DEC10 aips.
The input is a multi-source 2010 VLA data set.

The program appears to run fine and reports sensible shifts of a few tenths of a channel, but the resulting data have nonsensical amplitudes and phases.

As a test, I have re-run CVEL on some older data, and the results are also strange. Spectra on some antennas/baselines appear identical to the old CVEL file, while others appears to have undergone different shifts.

I am attempting to attach a few illustrative POSSM plots; cvel_plot1.png compares "old" and "new" cvel results for the old data set. cvel_plot2.png and cvel_plot3.png compare autocorrelation and XC spectra, respectively, for the newer data set, before (yellow) and after CVEL (green).
