New Staff Reply: Unreasonable elevation in SNPLT

What is the source of this data set?  I was assuming a IDI file
but in fact it did not go to the IDI code in FITLD so I guess
uvfits (UVLOD) it is.

All By signs are wrong in the file but why that does not change
I am having trouble understanding - I will look more deeply.
