New Staff Reply: UVCON, UVPLT, UVPRT & FITAB 

The data set made by UVCON will contain baselines 1->2 but not 2->1.
UVPLT in mode 6,7 displays both the baselines in the data set and 
their Hermitian conjugates, hence a symmetric plot from -16 to 16
in both u and v.  In that mode each point in the data set is plotted twice.
For imaging, you only need one of the two.  IMAGR will assume Hermitian
when griddin the data.
