Thank you - I fetched your data and found the problem.  The 31DEC09 and 
31DEC10 versions were shifting each antenna based on its location.  That 
is fine for non-VLBA correlators (????) but not for the VLBA.  A 
correction to 31DEC09 is available now via MNJ or patch and 31DEC10 MNJ 
will be available tonight.
