[daip] FLATN - artifacts

Hi Eric,

	sorry its me again. I have noticed that  the flatn task produces  
strange artifacts in combining the images (AIPS 31DEC08 had not that  
problem). Which information do you need to trace this problem (of  
course if I reduce the FoV by ~10-20 % these artifacts vanish).
