New Ticket: CLCOR 'POLR' option not updating AN table IF 2

I ran CLCOR with the POLR option to change the polarization position angle (EVPA).  It reported back the separate rotation angles I wished to apply to IF1 and IF2 (there are only 2 in the data set).  In the CL table, the R phase gains were not changed.  The L phase gains were rotated by the requested amounts.  This is probably right.  This was done to both IFs using the IF specific rotations that I had specified.  In the AN table, the RCP phases of IF 1 were rotated by the requested amount and the LCP phase were rotated by the negative of that amount.  I need to wrap my head around all these required changes better, with their factors of 2, but I suppose this could be right.  The IF 2 data were not modified in either polarization for any antenna.  That is surely wrong.  Images made based on this calibration had the expected RMS in IF1 but had an rms something like 5 times the expected value in IF2.   This is consistent with IF1 having been properly calibrated and IF2 having !
 been messed up as it would have been with CL rotations and no AN rotations.

This is all on my home machine, a Mac Pro mid 2009 with binary downloaded AIPS, last updated on Nov. 17, after the DOPOL fixes.  I can provide many more details if required, but it seems like the above should be a good start if this is a generic issue.  If not, let me know and I can make some sort of portable sized file that will demonstrate the problem.  I do include the inputs and the messages below.
