[daip] DOSLICE option in ISPEC

ISPEC did not tell the SL file about the reversed TRC/BLC and so the 
labeling had no chance.  Fixed the labeling routines and ISPEC.  I tried 
to test SLFIT but my data are so non-Gaussian it did not work no matter 
the ZINC.  You might want to test that if appropriate...
