        VPLOT has had an option to report the max/min value inside
        of the time averaging interval (SOLINT). This option provides
        the vertical lines near the average point with bottom/top
        edge corresonded to min/max of averaged points.
        This optin may be very useful in diagnostic of possible errors.
        Unfortunately this option has not worked long time (or never).
        So I returned this option to the life.
        Moved nowhere.
