[daip] snplt and CL tables

Set CUTOFF to 0 in SNPLT, that should fix it. In my data the weights are 1.0 in
the CL table, and CUTOFF was set to 3. This tells it to not to plot anything
with weights less than 3. After you do calibration the weights are usually much
bigger than 3.
