[daip] Visibilities in AIPS

Dear Eric,

	once again I'm sorry for bothering you. I run into the problem not  
knowing how AIPS is handling negative weights. So e.g. if one flag a  
single channels. Does that mean it gets a negative weight (I guess so)?

PS: Attached are the spectra in amplitude, phase and weights and the  
channels that are flagged should be those with negative values.
