[daip] FITLD problem with DiFX output

That was an unrelated problem due to an aips error that was corrected. 
But some of the archive was corrupted.  The present problem appears to 
be residual Phil code that apparently is harmless under most compilers 
but not Olaf's.  I will look at it when I get a chance - to see if we 
want to allow more columns in the IDI definition and then how aips might 
handle them (not provided by either VLA or VLBA).
