[daip] new install of aips on MAC - TV question

Hi (again) Eric and all,

I think the install worked and it appeared that mnj was set-up... Will find out soon enough.

I started up aips and the kleenex'ed out but the TV window, the TEKSRV window, and the
MSGSRV windows were not killed.  I also got an odd error in the exit process.  I want to be sure
I got everything installed OK it seems.  I can kill the windows manually, but would like to know if there is
a problem I should be fixing?
