Use DOTV true, set  BOX = 1,150 and DOOUT=1 - the 1st because the TV 
works much better and the other 2 to avoid bugs.   I have fixed 31DEC09 
XBASL to set defaults for BOX and to  avoid an addressing crash when 
DOOUT<=0.  I have also made window setting friendlier and added an 
minimal EXPLAIN to the help file.

Tomorrow's MNJ will get these assuming you are running 31DEC09 and a MNJ.
