[daip] WX/vlbacala trouble.

I downloaded your data and ran VLBACALA with no problem.  How did you process 
the data before VLBACALA, I wonder if it is a (not WX) table issue.  Did you run 
VLBALOAD, VLBAMCAL or VLBAFIX?  These all merge the calibration tables.
