[daip] ftp server

Well, I'm sitting in the aoc, and this worked with
the same laptop running the similar install.pl
last summer/fall.  I'm not smart enough to have
changed anything on my laptop!  traceroute seems to
see ftp.aoc.nrao.edu.

I'll ask Amy and see if I'm doing something stupid.
