I suspect this is in the CookBook early on - but A, B, C, D are just the 
keys on your keyboard labeled a, b, c, and d (either case should work). 
  F3, F4 F5, and F6 are also accepted as A, B, C, and D.  F2 does 
full-screen and back, F7 and F8 turn on debugs you do NOT want to see.
