[daip] MODVF problem on Intel Mac

Hi,
I am having a strange problem with MODVF; it doesn't appear to work in
31DEC08 or 31DEC09 on an intel mac. Inputs and error message are below.
It seems to be a problem parsing the input file regardless of the actual
inputs or contents.
Any advice would be gratefully received.
