The file .AIPSRC (note the dot in front of the name) will be in your
home area.
Note the message above states ~/.AIPSRC - the ~ means your home area.
The issue is that you chose to name your site with an apostrophe
character (XI'S). This will not work because the apostrophe is a
special character which will be interpreted by the operating system.
Use only letters A-Z.
