[daip] online fillm on EVAN; tape "lock" problem

While running the Stress Test, the operators were not able to execute the
AIPS script, because the mount command was reporting the following error
while trying to mount the "on-line" tape device for "FILLM on-line data
filler":

AIPS 1: version= 'ONLINE'
AIPS 1: intape 1 ; mount
AIPS 1: ZMOUN2: Couldn't open lock file /export/home/evan/AIPS/DA00/EVAN
        /TAPE1.lock
AIPS 1: ZERROR: IN ZMOUN2 ERRNO = 13 (Permission denied)

The work station is EVAN, and their aips number is 13.

would you please look into this? let me know if there is anything that the
operators can be instructed to do to avoid this in the future.
