[daip] 31DEC10 LINUX needs extra work

The UPDATE job has detected a LIBR.DAT change for
version 31DEC10 on dave at Thu Dec  3 20:24:13 UTC 2009 (UT).
It MAY be that it applies to architecture LINUX;
(Sorry, this dumb script can't tell for sure)
if so, you  should copy /home/AIPS/31DEC10/LINUX/SYSTEM/LIBR.DAT
to your /home/AIPS/31DEC10/LINUX/SYSTEM/COAOARN area.
