I'm sorry but I do not know what you mean by "clean itself". This
aspect of IMAGR has not changed much (although the menu was rearranged
between the versions).

I think you are saying that IMAGR resumed cleaning following a TV
display before you expected it to do so. It does have a timer which
causes it to resume after 30 seconds and sometimes that timer does not
reset when you do something else (e.g. color, zoom, box). The AIPS TV
cursor is somewhat separate from the screen cursor. The AIPS TV
attaches to the cursor only when the left mouse button is depressed. So
if you move the cursor without depressing or at least clicking the left
mouse button, and then press button A, B, C, or D, the software will
think that the cursor is at its last AIPS-TV position which is often at
the CONTINUE CLEAN menu item. These are 2 ways that you could continue
sooner. It is also possible for the keyboard to double-hit so that
button A for example is actually hit twice. The AIPS TV when it redoes
the display is supposed to ignore a pending keystroke but that does not
always happen. There would not be a delay at all in that case.

I doubt that I have addressed your concern - perhaps if you could
explain in more detail I could know what is happening.
