I have cobbled a test with a data set (not 3C286) but renamed as such 
and then converted to multi-source format.  The CC file started with a 
source very near the origin and I watched FACSET work and it did as 
expected.  I then changed the coords of that first source to be 
1.25/3600 in X and Y and it still worked as expected.  In other words, I 
cannot reproduce your problem.

Perhaps I can with your data...
