[daip] how to plot a dynamic spectrum in AIPS

Hi Hanno,

I may be wrong (Eric is away until Monday and he would be definitive on this), 
but I don't think there is a way in AIPS to do exactly what you want.  You can 
plot time vs freq with the visibility amplitude as a color scale in SPFLG, which 
is a flagging program, but you could use it to plot and then do a TVCPS.
