Dear colleagues,

I have realized recently that both vlbafix & vlbafqs use UVCOP with the 
flag table being applied. This is a very important information which I 
have not found in help or explain to either of these two procedures. I 
suggest that you add this info to the AIPS help list of things which are 
done by these procedures.

I would even go farther and say that it would be wonderful to add a 
parameter FLAGVER to both of these procedures and allow a user to decide 
if the flag table is to be applied or not.
E.g., I can not use the current implementation of vlbafix & vlbafqs 
because I want to keep the FG table being not applied to the data at 
this early step of data processing.
