[daip] Request for CLCOR enhancement

Dear AIPS people, esp. Leonia,

We (Bill Peterson and I) are in the middle of a 6 -epoch HSA
observation of Algol at U band. Since the K star in the inner binary
moves significantly in a 12 hour
observation period, and the radio emission is (likely nearly)
co-moving with the K star, we would like to be able to adjust the
phases so the phase center follows the K star.
Thus we would like AIPS to be able to correct for a moving source.

This could be done [probably easily] by modifying CLCOR. The easiest
enhancement would be a linear approximation, i.e., the user specifies
a RA and dec rate (in mas/hr say).
A more sophisticated approach would be to read in a table of RA/Dec
offsets as a function of JD.

This enhancement would benefit all users who are observing moving
sources whose coordinates shift by a significant amount w.r.t. the
synthesized beam within an observation period.
