[daip] AIPS installation on Mac OS X 10.5.2

Hello,

I am trying to install AIPS on my MacBook Pro with Mac OS X 10.5.2.

Everything seems fine except for the TV, which doesn't come up.
Following the advice on http://www.aips.nrao.edu/aipsmgr/ I have
checked the depth of the display (24 planes), I have done
"setenv DISPLAY localhost:0" and I have added in /etc a file
called "sysctl.conf" which looks like this:
sysctl -w kern.sysv.shmmax=10485760
sysctl -w kern.sysv.shmmin=1
sysctl -w kern.sysv.shmmni=32
sysctl -w kern.sysv.shmseg=8
sysctl -w kern.sysv.shmall=4096

But the TV still doesn't come up. Is there any way you can help
me with that? It might be useful for you to see the messages
that I get when I type "aips tv=local". In particular, I still see
the "Shared memory id failure: Invalid argument" error message.
