Please go to our web site and follow instructions.  The site is at

http://www.aips.nrao.edu/

Go to the dec08.shtml page and follow instructions.  You can click on a 
link there and install.pl will appear in your browser.

The actual file is at

ftp://ftp.aoc.nrao.edu/pub/software/aips/31DEC08/install.pl
