[daip] Error running SDVEL

Hi Eric,

Sorry to be so dense, but I am not seeing any obvious differences 
between the TASAV file you sent and an equivalent one produced with 
TASAV from the OTFUV file that produces the failure in SDVEL.  See 
attached.
