[daip] phases in VPLOT

Hi Eric et al.,

Something funny has happened to the plotting of phases in VPLOT.  I am 
using

BPARM 0,-1,0
NPLOT 5

All phase plots are auto scaled -180d to +180d, and for some baselines all 
the phases are indeed plotted within this range.  But for some others the 
phases seem to be plotted from 0 to +360d, which leaves the phases from 
+180 to +360 off the top of the plot.
