[daip] no access to the helpfiles

Hello,
I just wanted to ask if access to the online AIPS help files is 
temporarily denied for updates etc. or if this is permanent.

gives:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/AIPSHELP on this server.
