[daip] IMFIT/JMFIT/SAD question

Hello,

The tasks IMFIT/JMFIT/SAD can report the deconvolved source shape 
parameters, so the fitted semi-major and semi-minor axis and position 
angle are deconvolved from the clean beam.
I am having a hard time deriving the formulae for deconvolving these 
parameters from the clean beam from scratch. I tried Fourier 
transforming the convolution of the two Gaussians using the convolution 
theorem and then do an inverse FT, but that is pretty cumbersome.
I could not find the formulae on the web, but perhaps you could send me 
a link? Or the source code?
