[daip] Archive file name length.

Just to get it in the record, the VLBA processed archive files with 
".uvfits" added to the file names, have names that are too long for the 
INNAME parameter in FITLD.  The user has to use some workaround to 
shorten the name in order to load the data into AIPS - possible, but a 
bit annoying.
