SUBAR 1 to 4 overlap in time somewhat but not the date which makes
sense since they were observed on different dates.
SUBAR=5,6 do not have any records for that antenna.

Used STUFFR on the UV files (A(1996), A(2006), B, C, D arrays)
after each was SC (A&P).
Used SPLIT to separate UV file into HA (E/W of zenith) , IF's and
separate STOKES. Then used UVSRT (TB) on the outputted UV files.
