[daip] DBCON/IMAGR question

Hello, I am trying to determine the correct value for REWEIGHT in DBCON.
I read the DBCON helpfile: 'All AIPS imaging tasks report the "sum of 
the gridding weights" in the message file'.
So I ran IMAGR on one of the input datasets for DBCON. This is part of 
the message file:
"castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: begin finding uniform weights
castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: Average grid weight  2.088E+00
castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: Adding temperance S  4.175E-01
castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: begin applying uniform or other weights
castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: Sum of weights in  2.413E+02 and out  3.411E+02
castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: Noise is increased by a factor 1.172 due to 
weighting
castor> IMAGR1: UVWAIT: Average summed weight  2.088E+00 over     193179 
vis".
I guess I should pick either the first (2.413E+02) or the second 
(3.411E+02) number.
But I am not sure how to interpret "in" and "out" in this line
"Sum of weights in  2.413E+02 and out  3.411E+02".
Could you please explain?
