[daip] DBCON Error

Hi Casey,

I looked at DBCON and to get that message all it does is read the FQ table and
compare the "NUMIF" from both files. Are you sure the "NO_IF" line in the
tables are the same? If they are your files must be corrupt in some way (i.e.,
for some reason the FQINI subroutine isn't reading the tables correctly), use
UVCOP to copy small bits of data from both files, test they give you the same
error with DBCON, and either send them to me or put them somewhere I can get them.

Thanks,

Amy
