Hi Craig,

    Thanks for the heads-up on the PRATE2 inaccuracy.  Fortunately, I 
have only used GDELAY1 (and occasionally) GDELAY2 for astrometric use. 
The PDELAY's are the GDELAYs multiplied by the reference frequency and 
the GRATES and PRATES are easily derivable from the GDELAY and GRATE.
