It appears that the DA00 area for your computer does not exist or is not 
read/write accessible by you.  The DA00 area is normally in directory
$AIPS_ROOT/DA00/<hostname>/
or  /home/anindos/AIPS/DA00/PC157
on your system.

Check that area for files something like and make sure that you have 
write access to them.
