[daip] OGEOM

I have discovered that if I attempt to use OGEOM to rotate a portion of
a data cube specified by BLC and TRC, the number of planes "n" in the
resulting data cube will equal TRC(3)-BLC(3)+1. However, if BLC(3).ne.1,
the program seems to disregard the specified values of BLC(3) and TRC(3)
and simply take the first "n" planes.

Since I'm working with large cubes it would be nice to have the option to
select a subset of channels in OGEOM without having to make a SUBIM first.
Would such a change be feasible?

Thanks,
Lynn Matthews
