[daip] Aipsbench tests

I have just run the Y2K test successfully twice but then at the start
of the 3rd test it failed in the traditional way - TDD... file does
not exist (when it must).  For this test I made a new version of aips
with the forgiveness for this 1 error suppressed.  I fear I must build
the forgiveness for this error more deeply... although that may slow
down AIPS, especially if it has to go in ZEXIST as well as ZOPEN.
