[daip] A&P and flagged data

I proceeded last night with just using the FLAGVER=1 for IMAGR (after  
UVSUB where I put back the clean componets) and the resulting image  
had much lower SNR after the SC with A&P and the clipping. SO do the  
FLAGVER=1 works.
