You are right and I have found the (long-standing) error in the header
computation for SPLIT and decided that the fix I made for the FQ table
had to be omitted entirely in SPLIT - where the ref frequency is not
changed but the ref pixel is.

It is available in 31DEC06 for a MNJ now and in 31DEC07 after 10 pm
MDT tonight.
