[daip] Buffer Size Error on 2048x2048 Image

I do not know what sort of mailer you are using but your e-mail was
hard to read!  Having read it - the error is that you have IN2NAME etc
filled in with IMAGR.  It is trying to use your clean image as a UV
work file.  This does not work and leads object-oriented code to make
the most absurd misleading error messages you can imagine - one of the
real problems with OOP.
