[daip] UVFITS format with two IFs

Dear Eric

    Thanks for the information. I have found the value in the FQ table, 
but I do have an ambiguity on how to handle it. Should the frequency in 
FQ table be added / subtracted to the fequency given in the main header ?
I guess it will depend on the "Sideband" information, but in which way ?
