I have worked on USUBA several times and have not been able to deduce what it is thinking or trying to do. It is one of Athol's most opaque prduuctions. Ignore it or check what it claims but then ignore. I actually do not know quite what one would want to do in the true VLBI case where antennas view what they can... Eric Greisen
