I found one format that did not have enough codes to match the number
of items in the list.  The error occurs only in TST not NEW although
both those versions tend to write the BP out as a straight BP rather
than the Chebyshev polynomial parameters and so could have the same
issue reported in that message of an old format not matching the
current format.  Try it tomorrow after the MNJ.
