[daip] number limits in chkname, nfiles at fillm

It had a DO loop limit of 1000 - changed it to 1000000 and changed
limit in help file.

Fixed FILLM HI to do 2 lines since INFILE can be 48 chars.
Tomorrow's MNJ will correct.
